Incorporation, tenue de livres et comptabilité

Bonjour,

I'm a software developer contractor (consultant) and I need to incorporate. I would need someone to take care of the company books and the regular accounting stuff (salary, dividends, etc). I'm the only person in the company.

I would like someone that could also advise me into possible deductions I might be able to take advantage of.

I have a little less than 30 days to get the incorporation ready. I could take care of the incorporation process but I would definitely like to have the assistance of an accountant for the rest.
